Michelle is so engaging. She uses a great mix of personal anecdotes to illustrate examples as well as encourage much group discussion. She's sensitive but also brings humour in at appropriate points.

Michelle made a very daunting and overwhelming subject accessible and engaging. I feel so much more confident to approach mental health issues now.
