This training is aimed at professionals looking at becoming the voice and champion of mental health in their organisation. Improving knowledge and skills for HR, professionals, managers, and supervisors.

The training is so engaging. Michelle uses a great mix of personal anecdotes to illustrate examples as well as encourage much group discussion. She’s sensitive but also brings humour in at appropriate points.
TriggerHub made a very daunting and overwhelming subject accessible and engaging. I feel so much more confident to approach mental health issues now.
